This is an ISO that's built for a salvaged filesystem of a build of Feren OS that dates back to June 2016, from the time when Feren OS 2016.1 was in development. There are two builds of Feren OS 2016.1 currently salvaged at this point, with the only key difference on first glance being the differing kernel versions between the two builds - this is the newest build of the two.

Since this build only had its filesystem remaining, the latest Feren OS ISOs had to be used to provide a means of booting into this build. Furthermore, you may experience some oddities with permissions being incorrect on certain files due to this build having been found with incorrect file ownership. A once-over with the latest Feren OS Classic's permissions was done to the permissions of this build's filesystem, but issues may still occur.

The boot screen used in the Live Session is also inaccurate to the original source material, and the kernel had to be regenerated, as the files used in the live session are from the filesystem itself, after regenerating the kernel files, to provide the best experience when booting into this (rather than using the latest Feren OS Classic's kernel files for the live session).

Finally, to turn on the desktop icons (IDK why I disabled them), open 'gnome-terminal' and run this command:
gsettings set org.nemo.desktop show-desktop-icons true
